Pre-Session Check-In: Behance arranges a short meeting, often by phone, with 1-2 leaders of the creative team to discuss the current state of the team, objectives for improving efficiency and productivity, and logistics for the team session.

Behance Session: Behance runs a 90-120 minute session with the team (see details below).

Action Plan Follow Up: Behance follows up with an action plan for the team that includes an overview of suggested changes and actionable ideas that came out of the session, suggestions for implementing the changes and staying accountable, as well as additional suggestions from the Behance Research Team.
